Privacy notice

This notice explains what information the 910 South Pacific website (osidecondo.com) collects, how it is used and the choices you have. The site is operated on behalf of the owner of 910 South Pacific, a 7745 LLC property.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you register your interest, the form collects your name and email address, plus anything else you choose to share: phone number, the type of rental, timing and budget you're interested in, the number of people and your message. Each message we receive also shows when it was sent and the country your connection appears to come from, which is worked out from your IP address.
• Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It uses cookies and similar technology to collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
• Technical information. The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which receives your IP address and basic browser information when you load a page or send the form, and keeps technical records of requests, including your IP address and approximate location, for about a month. The services that deliver the site's fonts (Google Fonts), map software (unpkg) and map images (OpenStreetMap) also receive your IP address and basic browser information, as is standard for any web request.
• Spam protection. When you send the form, the website counts recent submissions from your IP address for about a minute, and keeps a record of the times of messages sent from it for one day, under a scrambled code made from your IP address (not the address itself), so it can limit repeated submissions and block spam.

How we use it

We use the details you submit only for this condo: to understand the level of interest in it and to contact you about renting it. We use analytics information to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

Who receives it

• Cloudflare hosts the website and runs its form: your submission is processed on Cloudflare's network and emailed to our mailbox through Cloudflare's email service. Cloudflare keeps a delivery record of each message (date, sender, recipient and subject line, which includes your name) for about a month. Your submission isn't passed to any other form service or stored on the website. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Microsoft hosts our email (Microsoft 365), so the message with your details is stored in our mailbox there. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
• Google provides Google Analytics. See how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
• The font, map software and map image providers listed above receive technical information when your browser loads their content.

How long we keep it

We keep the details you submit for as long as they are needed to respond to your interest in the condo, then delete them. The spam-protection records are deleted automatically within about two days (Cloudflare's backups of them are kept for up to 30 days), and Cloudflare keeps its technical request and email delivery records for about a month. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.

Your choices

• You can ask to see, update or delete the details you've submitted. Use the form on the home page, choose "Privacy request" as the type of rental and tell us what you'd like. We'll reply to the email address you give.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Do Not Track

The site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Google Analytics, a third party, may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we'll post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
